[West Japan Construction Case] Sake Brewing Industry / Kizakura Co., Ltd.
Construction method that does not stop factory operations: Rebuilding aging buildings while continuing operations!
At Kizakura Co., Ltd., which is engaged in sake brewing, we are simultaneously carrying out factory expansion work while "maintaining operations" and conducting seismic retrofitting work on the existing factory. In addition to an attractive factory and exhibition space, we have also established a restaurant where customers can enjoy our products and a souvenir shop. Furthermore, due to the low height of the large roof at the shipping and receiving area for sake and craft beer, there was insufficient space to fully open the wings of wing vehicles. To ensure clearance, we raised the entire structure by 60 cm using jacks. We applied techniques used in relocating shrines, temples, and houses. 【Construction Details】 ■ Rebuilding an aging building while maintaining operations ■ Constructing a new facility where visitors can simultaneously observe sake and craft beer production ■ Jacking up the large roof of the loading area by 60 cm ■ Enabling shipping and receiving with wing vehicles *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
